All new updated FM mode handheld the only handheld CB with AM and FM modes

President's newest version of the Randy handheld is here and it's chock full of features you'd normally only find in a larger mobile radio. The big new edition to the Randy II is the addition of the FM mode, a first for handheld CB's. There's also a new scan / skip function that allows you to skip over channels you don't want the scan to stop on.
